Before you pay more
This is a one-page checklist you can print and keep, or hand to someone you care about. It is not about any one company. Every item here is something a real business can put in writing, and asking is normal.
Ask for these in writing
- The income disclosure (what participants typically earn).
- A full cost list: every required and optional cost in the first year.
- The compensation plan (the rules for how people are paid).
- The cancellation, refund, and product-return rules.
Questions worth asking before paying more
- What share of participants earned nothing in the most recent disclosure?
- Do the numbers show income after expenses, or payments before expenses?
- What does it cost to stay active each month, and is any purchase required?
- If I want to stop, what can I return, by when, and for how much back?
One thing to remember
Money received from a company is not the same as money kept. Before deciding, add up the product, fees, tools, events, subscriptions, and travel, and compare that with what comes back. There is no rush. A good decision can wait a few days.
