Records to review after joining
This page does not tell anyone whether to continue or stop. It lists records that can help a person understand money in, money out, inventory, time, and written rules.
Short answer: Gross payments are not the same as profit. A record can compare company payments,
customer sales, expenses, inventory, subscriptions, taxes, and time.
Money paid out
- Enrollment, starter kit, renewal, license, or certificate fees.
- Product orders, samples, inventory packs, shipping, taxes, and product credits.
- Autoship, website, back-office, training, event, travel, advertising, and tool costs.
- Payment, packaging, postage, giveaway, return, or customer service costs.
Money received
- Payments from the company, including commissions, bonuses, rewards, or changes.
- Customer payments outside the company system, if any.
- Refunds, credits, chargebacks, returned payments, or reversed commissions.
Inventory and time
- Inventory on hand, purchase dates, product condition, expiration dates, and return or resale limits.
- Hours spent selling, posting, messaging, training, going to meetings, traveling, packing, or recruiting.
- Event dates, ticket costs, travel costs, hotel costs, and related purchases.
Policy records
- Participant agreement and policies available at enrollment.
- Refund, inventory return, autoship, subscription, and account rules.
- Income disclosure, pay plan, rank rules, and qualification rules.
- Account messages, support tickets, cancellation notices, and return approvals.
What this page does not prove
This page does not decide whether participation made or lost money. It does not decide whether a person should continue, whether any charge is refundable, or whether any policy applies. It only describes records that may help someone understand their own documents.
